  • Associate staff. Recommend but not limited to one week, two days, 8 hours/day. Final day is wrap up & evaluation

  • Establish a broad-based understanding of your organization

  • Understand your role in your organization and your importance in that role

  • Gain understanding of your own chaos

  • Recognize the patterns of chaos

  • Senior Staff

  • Recommend but not limited to 2 days 8 hours/day. Last day is wrap up and evaluation

  • Posses an understanding of how people act out in chaos

  • Understand their roles as leaders, “What can I do to help you do what you need to do?”

  • Recognize the patterns of chaos as it plays out in the workplace

  • Examine “learned” patterns of behavior, learn new behaviors to countermand them

  • Put new skills into practice under observation/guidance of facilitators

  • Establish a broad-base understanding how to manage, not, nature chaos
